Purpose:
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, the General Conditions) regulate the online sale of products offered to the public for Diaz Metal Industries, Ltd. through our online store
MEMBERSHIP OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS. Completion and delivery of the Purchase Order expresses the full and unreserved commitment to each and every one of the General Conditions as indicated in box I accept the General Conditions of Purchase Order.
Orders
1. Purchase Orders shall be made by electronic means from www.silenciadores-endy.com or telephone with one of our representatives, precisely with the use of technical means to effect ready there, duly completed and, in particular, having completed entirely spaces blank and having provided all and each of the requested data as required
2. Upon receipt of a Purchase Order, Diaz Metal Industries, Ltd. send an order confirmation to the email address indicated in the Purchase Order

(iii) Cancel the Purchase Order.
Payment
1.The price of the Products shall be paid solely because the customer's choice, by any of the following means:
(a) By bank transfer to account number IBAN ES96-0075-1097-25-06000-75695 of Banco Popular. Indicate as beneficiary IND MET DIAZ S.L. , the "BUY ON WEB" concept and the number of the Purchase Order assigned when making the purchase transaction. Once the deposit is made, you must send the receipt by email to the address endy@silenciadores-endy.com, indicating the reference number of the Purchase Order.
(B) Through the PAYPAL payment platform.
3.The price of the products offered in www.silenciadores-endy.com include VAT.
Product Delivery
Delivery Delivery time of products depends on their availability at the time of ordering. If you want to confirm product availability before placing an order, call us at phone 93-718-86-23.
(Hours: Monday through Thursday from 9:00 to 13:30 and 15:30 to 20:00, Fridays from 9:00 to 13:30) or send an email to endy@silenciadores-endy.com and will be answered shortly.
1. The output term order for which payment has been confirmed and we stock, is 7-10 working days after confirmation of payment.
2. If we had we Stock of any of the products ordered and could not get the product from our suppliers within 10 days, we would give the option to return the price of products supplied, expected to surrender or replace the products ( always your choice).
Returns
1. Metal Industries Diaz, S.L. responsible for the quality of their products, and supports the return of any defective products, taking care of expenses incurred as a result of such repayment whenever the customer communicate that fact within seven (7) days from the date of delivery pursuant to clause 6.2. prev.
2. In case of defective delivery, return the product to its origin will be provided by the carrier within 48 hours, but the delivery will be borne by the Customer.
INFORMATION PROCESSING
1. Customer authorizes Diaz Metal Industries, Ltd. to use automated processing your personal data (Personal Data). He treated the personal data for the uses and with the purposes and under the conditions defined in the Data Protection Policy.

These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Knowledge of any claim or controversy arising from the validity, interpretation and enforcement of these General Terms shall be for the Courts of the city of Barcelona.

CHARGES
Post
1. Shipping rates are as follows:
(a). Mainland Spain
(i). For orders where the amount is less than € 150 will apply a fee of € 13.50 (VAT included)
(ii). For orders of an amount equal to or greater than 150 € for postage will be FREE.
